Dr. Vaishali Chetan Deshmukh has started educative wellness initiative for women to improve mental, physical, nutritonal and hormonal health awareness in females from age group beginning from infancy to old age and catering to hormonal health issues in female infants, children, teenagers, premarital, pregnant, post marital, reproductive age females, menopausal and geriatric females.
She conducts health awareness talks in schools on nutritional and hormonal health in children for prevention of Childhood obesity ,PCOS and Diabetes
She is Founder and Incharge of Thyroid clinic at Deenanath mangeshkar Hospital ,Pune .
