Indians are alwasy at high risk of diabetes and now covid is also added as factor increasing diabetes. Insulin is hamone which controls sugar. If you don't have insulin or insulin is ineffective in your body, the sugar is not absorbed in the cells and it remains in the blood due to which you may have diabetes. All type 1 Diabetes patients requires 100 percent insuline. Other types of diabetes also require insulin which can be 30 to 40 percent.
